Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return period on all orders.

Before sending any package, write the RMA# at least twice using different locations on the outside of each package. At least one RMA # must be visible on the outside of the package or it will be returned. Also, buyer must include a written explanation inside the package for the reason of the return along with a copy of the receipt.

All returns must have an RMA # prior to shipping. If a package does not have an RMA # then it will not be accepted. To get an RMA # either contact us by email or through the contact section of the store or website and we will reply with one normally within 1-3 business days. If you do not receive one after 5 business days please check your spam folder or contact us by phone.

All returns for a full refund must be in new unopened condition. Buyer pays cost of return shipping.

If a product is defective, buyer will pay for return shipping and after verification, we will offer a full refund plus cost of shipping or send out a replacement whichever the buyer chooses. Buyer must email us a quality copy of the shipping receipt before product verification by us to have the return shipping refunded.

If a package was not delivered and returned to us, we will offer a refund for the cost of the item minus the cost of shipping.

Once we receive the shipment and have verified it, a refund will be processed using the payment method that was used to make the purchase which can take 1-14 days to show up online or 1-2 billing cycles to show up on a mailed statement.

Product verification can take anywhere from 1-14 days depending on the buyers claims. We have the full right to deny buyer a refund and not return the item should a buyers claim be unfounded or deceitful.
